Sample Donation Thank You Letter

Dear Greg,

We would like to thank you for your warm and kind hearted gesture. Your donation to our organization means the world. We are a company that hasn’t been around for a long time but our mission is clear and we believe you see that. We are trying to preserve and provide clean drinking water to all communities around the world. Your donation of $100 will allow us to give to children in very small community’s clean drinking water.

Our staff and the people we work with are very grateful and excited. Tomorrow we will be heading to several schools and we will be talking to children and listening to their needs. Besides the fact that many people need clean drinking water many people need a place to stay and clean clothes. This is a very hard task but we are set on our mission to make “every community 1 step closer to perfect.” We understand that you have donated what you can and we are very appreciative of that.

For your generosity you have made someone’s day.

Sincerely,

Amanda Peterson
