CONDUCT User Content When including and using user Content on the Services, you must have the legal right to do so, and you must avoid infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others in connection with the Services. "User Content" means the content you use to create your payment button whether it may be a photo you have uploaded, etc must be your own content. Monthly Billing Payolee is a subscription payment service. This means that each month as a customer you will be billed a minimum of $8. Our monthly pricing is located on our pricing page and as your business grows in sales you will be billed according to our pricing page. There is a set monthly amount assigned to a certain amount of sales. When adding your card on file with us and becoming a customer you agree to be billed monthly and accept these terms. At anytime do you wish to cancel the Payolee service you can reach out to us by email support to close your account. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out and cancel your account. It is acknowledged by the customer when adding their card on file with us that they are acknowledging reading our terms of service and monthly billing. Prohibited If you engage in this activity you will be banned from payolee and reported to the proper authorities, payolee does not allow Marijuana dispensaries and related businesses; sale of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid; online pharmacies; age restricted goods or services; weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives; fireworks and related goods; toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials; products and services with varying legal status on a state-by-state basis.
